Participatory Design Process
Upon recent relocation to a new studio, employees of Bora Architecture & Interiors set out across their new SE Portland neighborhood to collect photography of numbers. Eight numbers were chosen to represent the cooresponding conference rooms.
The series of resulting numbers, ranging drastically in form and style, represent the diverse areas of expertise found within the firm and root the new building with a sense of place in its community.
The conference room numbers were hand painted by Variety Shop.
